Motena Sefora Rangoanana is a result driven professional with demonstrated commitment to self-improvement, she holds a master’s degree in financial economics from the University of Johannesburg. She is a researcher with a economics background and working in the evidence-informed decision making (EIDM) domain. This includes conducting, supporting, and planning external and internal empirical research in relation to evidence-informed decision making, including evidence syntheses and evidence networks among others. Driven by the ultimate solution that research brings to economic issues. And she also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree with specialization in Financial Economics and Investment Management and a Bachelor of Accounting degree.

Motena Sefora Rangoanana has worked with several students and helped Improve students’ interaction and academic performance to 73% in tutoring Economics, Econometrics and Quantitative Economics. She is passionate about imparting knowledge to students and helping them to achieve their academic goals as she believes that's one of the ways in which she can contribute in making the world a better place.
